Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 14 days from the original purchase date for a full refund, in the original form of tender.  Merchandise must be in new condition with original tags attached and accompanied by our sale receipt.

Returns will not be accepted if items have been worn or used.

Clearance and Special Order Merchandise are Final Sale, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Clearance and Special Order Merchandise.

Casa Bella will not be responsible for any shipping costs incurred for returned items.
